Nate Gautsche represented the property owner in the lease-up of 3,119 SF of retail space in the South Loop. The tenant was not represented. The established restaurant will take the space “as-is” and install black iron and complete the build-out.
For his client, Nate also procured a temporary lease with Halloween Hallway that generated a substantial amount of income for the property owner while we were finalizing negotiations with the new, long term tenant. The ground level retail space for this property space is now fully leased.
