There was one home on the property but underlining R-2 zoning will allow entitlement of a (3) site subdivision with sitting zoning. The property is situated just north of Palatine Road with Rand Road to the northeast and IL-53 to the west. It has close proximity to shopping, restaurants, parks, transportation and schools.
