Ashley has an extensive knowledge of the Chicago commercial real estate market. After graduating from University of Kansas with a degree in architectural studies, she worked in Kansas City as a commercial leasing agent at a 2.1-million square foot office park. While working for an institutional owner, she learned valuable skills such as client reporting, communication and accountability.
During her past fifteen years in the industry, she has represented buyers and sellers of virtually every asset class including retail centers, industrial and office buildings, hotels, development and agricultural land, golf courses, multi-family properties, commercial condominiums, mineral rights and notes throughout the United States. She has executed sales for such clients as Prudential, Huntington Bank, Dow Chemical, Markle Bank, Ambit Funding, Citizens Bank and Private Bank and represented individuals and private equity groups in the purchase of property and notes.
Ms. Dillard focuses on the sale of multifamily assets as well as office leasing and sales. Her accelerated disposition marketing background and fine-tuned negotiation skills ensure that she facilitates the most favorable transaction terms possible in the shortest amount of time for her clients.

She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Missouri and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation, CCIM Institute, Chicago.
